Common goal
Providing effective coordinated interaction of all interested parties in the elaboration and carrying out policies for enhancing participation of the population in LLL activities and for common progress in the adult learning sector.
Specific objectives:
- Providing permanent and effective mechanism for coordinated interaction of all interested parties in the adult learning sector on a national, district and local level.
- Progress assessment in the implementation of the national goals for development of the adult learning sector and proposing measures for upskilling adults with the active participation of all interested parties.
- Improving the conditions for policy forming on a district level.
- Awareness-rising, helping the national debates and dialog regarding adult learning policies and popularizing the benefits of LLL.
